1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SwiftCut mobile application and this website. By using SwiftCut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The App

SwiftCut is a video editing app for iPhone. It lets you import or record media, edit clips, adjust audio, add text, generate captions, add overlays, and export a finished video. Features may change as the App develops.

SwiftCut does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing your finished work before sharing it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, images, audio, text, and other material you use with SwiftCut. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that material, including permission to record or publish another person’s voice or likeness.

SwiftCut does not claim ownership of your content. The App may create local project files, rendered previews, and exported copies as needed to provide its editing features.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SwiftCut to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the App, or attempt to bypass technical restrictions. You may not use the App to create or distribute content that you are not legally permitted to share.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

SwiftCut may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes billing, renewals, and refunds. Subscription prices and terms are shown by Apple at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple.

6. Intellectual property

The SwiftCut name, logo, App design, code, and other SwiftCut materials belong to the developer or its licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer those materials without permission.

7. Availability and disclaimers

SwiftCut is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or media file. Export results may vary with the source media, device, and selected settings.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SwiftCut and its developers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from your use of the App, including loss of content or missed opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the App or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of SwiftCut after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
